Terms and Conditions
AI coaching terms updated 15 October 2026
Using our AI coaches
These terms apply across Bridgit’s AI coaches and support tools. They provide general information, practical guidance, planning support and signposting. The information shown with a feature explains its purpose, whether it is a demonstration, the available interaction methods and any additional conditions.
AI can make mistakes or leave out important information. Check important decisions with an appropriately qualified person. A coach does not replace medical, legal, benefits or other professional advice. Decisions about clinical care, statutory assessments or service eligibility remain with the responsible person or organisation.
Do not rely on a coach for an emergency response or assume that a professional is monitoring your conversation. Use the appropriate human support service for urgent concerns and call 999 if someone is in immediate danger.
We process personal information under our privacy notice, which applies across coaches. We explain any additional recording, sharing or consent choice when you choose the relevant feature. Provide the information needed for your support and avoid unnecessary identifying details about other people. Do not submit identifying information about another person unless you have appropriate authority.
Where voice is available, you control whether to grant microphone access. Where an optional email summary, referral or other delivery action is available, the feature explains the intended recipient and asks you to make that choice. Choose contact details that are safe for you, especially on a shared device or inbox.
You can stop using a coach by ending the interaction. Privacy questions, consent withdrawals and rights requests can be sent to contact@bridgit.care. These provisions supplement the general terms below and do not limit your statutory rights.

-
Dispute Resolution – In the event of a dispute, users should first contact their local partner service, which provides support through the platform. If a resolution cannot be reached, further steps may be taken in accordance with applicable local regulations.
-
Governing Law – These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
